The
Reus yoga school opened in 1980.
We
believe that during this time we have contributed decisively to
yoga being considered a serious a whorty practice for those wanting
to take care of themselves and know themselves better.
Our
teaching is conscientious, precise and adapted to the characteristics
of individual.
Our
classes are based on Iyengar® method precission.
On
the 26th september 1996 B.K.S. Iyengar visited our centre. This
visit was a great delight for us and certified the Reus yoga school
as an international centre for Iyengar Yoga (see the worldwide
Iyengar yoga list).
