Summer retreat 2010, August 20-25
Once again our summer Yoga retreat. This year we
shall be near Prades, a beautiful mountain landscape
only a short distance from ancient mediterranean
town of Tarragona and the town of Reus with its
airport. The mountain air and tranquillity of the
surrounding forests are the ideal place to relax,
repair and connect with the inner self.
The programme for the week will include:
Yoga practise including postures, pranayama and
relaxation
Silence and meditation with the reading of
selected texts
Vegetarian diet with supplementary ayurvedic
elements and....
Optional oil baths
In order to benefit, participants will need at least
basic experience of Iyengar practice, or a more
advanced experience of another approach. Anyone with
health problems which might require specific
treatment should discuss this with me beforehand.
There will be a limited number of participants.
The fee for the week is 560Euros. This includes
accommodation in a
casa rural,
3 meals a day , special oils and the use of
equipment such as mats and props. For those
travelling from overseas, there are regular flights
by Ryanair to Reus. Tarragona and Reus are about 90
minutes by rail from Barcelona. Overseas
participants will be collected by car from Reus.
